Cyril/Larry Barrett sadly left us today. A singular songwriter, my all-time favorite bartender and a deep, special soul. He was a good friend to me and The Walkabouts. He toured with us in 1994 and 2003 and played on three of our albums starting with Satisfied Mind. One of his greatest songs is called „House of Sky“ and I truly hope that he has found that place.
